The Huawei HiSilicon Kirin 620 is a mobile processor that was launched in December 2014 and announced by the device maker of several smartphone brands. This chip features Eight 1.2GHz Cortex A53 cores. The SoC is designed in-house by Huawei HiSilicon and manufactured by TSMC using a 28 nm process technology. The Kirin 620 integrates the Mali T628 MP4 GPU running at 500 MHz and supports 4GB of memory.
