The Apple A6 is a mobile processor that was launched in August 2012 and announced by the device maker of several smartphone brands. This chip features Two 1.3GHz A6 core cores. The SoC is designed in-house by Apple and manufactured by TSMC using a 32 nm process technology. The A6 integrates the Apple 3 Cores GPU running at 266 MHz and supports 1GB of memory. It can be configured with the company’s Apple modem, offering peak download speeds of up to 10 Mbps.
