The Huawei HiSilicon Kirin 650 is a mobile processor that was launched in December 2016 and announced by the device maker of several smartphone brands. This chip features Four 2GHz Cortex A53 Four 1.7GHz Cortex A53 cores. The SoC is designed in-house by Huawei HiSilicon and manufactured by TSMC using a 16 nm process technology.
