The Mediatek Dimensity 1200 is a mobile processor that was launched in January 2021 and announced by the device maker of several smartphone brands. This chip features One 3GHz Cortex A78 Three 2.6GHz Cortex A78 Four 2GHz Cortex A55 cores. The SoC is designed in-house by Mediatek and manufactured by TSMC using a 6 nm process technology. The Dimensity 1200 integrates the Mali G78 MP14 GPU running at 850 MHz and supports 16GB of LPDDR4X memory.
