The Mediatek Helio G72 is a mobile processor that was launched in December 2023 and announced by the device maker of several smartphone brands. This chip features Two 2GHz Cortex A75 Six 1.7GHz Cortex A55 cores. The SoC is designed in-house by Mediatek and manufactured by TSMC using a 6 nm process technology. The Helio G72 integrates the Mali G52 MP2 GPU running at 800 MHz and supports 8GB of memory. It can be configured with the company’s Mediatek modem, offering peak download speeds of up to 200 Mbps.
