The Mediatek Helio P15 is a mobile processor that was launched in July 2014 and announced by the device maker of several smartphone brands. This chip features Eight 2.2GHz Cortex A53 cores. The SoC is designed in-house by Mediatek and manufactured by TSMC using a 22 nm process technology. The Helio P15 integrates the Mali T860 MP2 GPU running at 800 MHz and supports 4GB of memory.
