The Rockchip RK3399 is a mobile processor that was launched in February 2016 and announced by the device maker of several smartphone brands. This chip features Two 2.0GHz Cortex A72 Four 1.5GHz Cortex A53 cores. The SoC is designed in-house by Rockchip and manufactured by TSMC using a 22 nm process technology. The RK3399 integrates the Mali T860 MP4 GPU running at 600 MHz and supports 4GB of memory. It can be configured with the company’s modem, offering peak download speeds of up to 300 Mbps.
